by | Sep 30, 2025

John Naylor and Jennifer Braster, co-managing partners of Naylor & Braster, Attorneys at Law, have been recognized as 2025 Super Lawyers. This year marks the firm’s twelfth consecutive year on the list. Both Naylor and Braster earned additional distinctions as two of the Top 100: Mountain States Super Lawyers, a list that highlights the most accomplished attorneys across Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah and Wyoming. Braster is also included in this year’s Top 50: Women Mountain States Super Lawyers list.

“We are honored to once again be recognized among the top attorneys in Nevada,” said Naylor. “This recognition reflects our dedication to our clients, the trust and respect of our peers and the commitment of our entire firm.”

Super Lawyers is a nationally recognized rating service that highlights the top 5% of attorneys in each state across more than 70 practice areas. The selection process combines peer nominations, independent research on professional achievements and peer evaluations, making inclusion on the list a highly respected distinction within the legal industry.

A former judge advocate for the U.S. Air Force, Naylor has been practicing law for more than 35 years and practices in the areas of construction and business litigation. He has been honored annually by Mountain States Super Lawyers since co-founding Naylor & Braster in 2014. Naylor is also active in the local legal community. He is a regular author and speaker for the Clark County Bar Association, a member of the State Bar of Nevada Fee Dispute Panel and vice president of the Nevada State Bar Clients’ Security Fund Committee.

Braster has been practicing law in Nevada for more than 18 years. She was initially named a Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2010 to 2015 and has been included on the Super Lawyers list every year since 2016. In addition to her litigation practice, Braster serves as a bar exam grader for the State Bar of Nevada, chairs the board for Sage Collegiate Public Charter School and is a public member of the Nevada State Board of Oriental Medicine.

Both attorneys have been repeatedly recognized for their legal work with organizations and publications including Best of Las Vegas, Best Lawyers in America, Best Law Firms, Vegas Inc.’s Top Lawyers and Nevada Business Magazine’s Legal Elite, reinforcing their reputation as two of the most respected litigators in the Mountain States region.
