Las Vegas law firm Naylor & Braster Attorneys at Law has been recognized in the U.S. News & World Report and Best Lawyers “Best Law Firms” 2020 edition. This is the fifth consecutive year the firm has been recognized in the prestigious ranking.

“It is such an incredible honor to be recognized as one of the country’s best law firms for commercial litigation,” said managing partner Jennifer Braster. “We appreciate the opportunity to demonstrate our experience and work through the program.” Braster and co-founder John Naylor opened Naylor & Braster Attorneys at Law in 2014 and have received the Best Law Firms Distinction every year since 2015.

U.S. News’ annual legal designations are some of the most respected in the industry. Thousands of law firms are evaluated and peer reviews play a role in the selection process. Law firms must have a lawyer listed in the annual Best Lawyers in America list to be eligible for the honor of Best Law Firms. Both John Naylor and Jennifer Braster were selected for the 2020 Best Lawyers designation program earlier this year. John Naylor has been selected every year since 2015.

Both partners at Naylor & Braster are regularly recognized for their work in law and the community. Braster has received the Super Lawyer distinction since 2010 and John Naylor has been recognized by Super Lawyers every year since 2014. Both partners also have a 10.0 rating from Avvo.

Naylor has been practicing law for more than 30 years and practices in commercial litigation, appellate law, construction law, and professional ethics. He is a former judge advocate for the United States Air Force and has served as an arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association, specializing in construction matters. He has provided pro bono legal services to veterans throughout his legal career and represented veterans before the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims through his work with The Veterans Consortium Pro Bono Program and the Nevada Attorney General program.

Braster has been practicing law since 2006. She practices primarily in the areas of commercial litigation, consumer finance law, appellate law, and animal law. She has represented clients in a variety of business conflicts, including high-stakes partnership disputes and both property and construction disputes, achieving seven-figure judgments in her clients’ favor. She serves on the board of directors for Hearts Alive Village Las Vegas, an animal rescue organization, and the State Board of Oriental Medicine. An animal activist, she has represented individuals in civil rights cases involving the wrongful shooting of their dogs.
