Naylor & Braster, Attorneys at Law, has promoted law clerk Kelly Scarborough to the position of associate attorney following her successful passing of the Nevada Bar exam.
A graduate of the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Scarborough earned her Juris Doctor in May 2024. After successfully passing the Nevada bar exam in October, she was officially sworn in by Judge Maria Gall in a ceremony marking the beginning of her career as a licensed attorney.
“Kelly’s exceptional work ethic and commitment to client service have been evident since she joined us as a law clerk,” said Jennifer Braster, co-managing partner and co-founder of Naylor & Braster. “We are confident she will continue to excel in her new role and make meaningful contributions to our firm.”
Scarborough has been with Naylor & Braster since August of 2024. Now as an associate attorney, her responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting documents, assisting in litigation, representing clients in court and collaborating with other attorneys to manage cases and develop strategies.
“I’ve been fortunate to work alongside such talented mentors during my time at Naylor & Braster,” said Scarborough. “I’m honored to be in this new role where I can continue learning and contributing to the success of our clients.”
