Kelly Scarborough

Associate Attorney

Kelly Scarborough is an associate attorney at Naylor & Braster, Attorneys at Law. She earned her Juris Doctor from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), where she graduated in May 2024. Kelly was officially sworn in by Judge Maria Gall after passing the Nevada Bar in October 2024.

A proud Las Vegas native, Kelly began her career with Naylor & Braster as a law clerk in August 2024. As an associate attorney, she now plays a key role in case management and litigation support. Her responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, assisting in discovery and representing clients in court under the supervision of senior attorneys.

Throughout her time at Naylor & Braster, Kelly has developed a passion for litigation and advocacy, and is particularly interested in business and commercial disputes. She is committed to building client relationships grounded in trust, transparency and results-driven representation.
