With almost seventy-five years combined legal experience, almost 65 years of which are in Nevada, John Naylor and Jennifer Braster have established reputations as respected litigators. John and Jennifer routinely appear before both the state and federal trial courts and have established relationships with the judges in both venues. John and Jennifer effectively and efficiently advance their clients’ interests and litigate to win. John and Jennifer formed Naylor & Braster in July 2014. In January 2015, Retired Chief Justice of the Nevada Supreme Court A. William Maupin joined the firm and in October 2015, John and Jennifer renamed their firm Maupin • Naylor • Braster. Bill returned to the Nevada Supreme Court as a Senior Judge in 2017 and the firm is once again known as Naylor & Braster, Attorneys at Law. In the short time since its formation the firm has nearly doubled its office space and added two additional attorneys. The firm strives for active and engaged relationships with clients, identifying goals at the commencement of the case and preparing a plan and budget in accordance with those goals. Through these successful relationships, Naylor & Braster successfully advocates on behalf of their clients while ensuring their legal and monetary needs are being met.
